What is Access Consciousness?
Basically, it is a system that Gary Douglas founded 20 years ago that begins with asking questions - questions designed to help you and the universe to open up and create your dreams and desires. Access Consciousness calls you to ask and be the questions - not struggle to continually come up with the answers.
Answers are the job of the universe . Our job is to continue to ask and be the questions and respond and allow the universe to provide the answers to flow into our lives. Questions empower the flow of energy whereas when we pre-determine or judge an answer - we disempower that flow of energy.
When we are aware that our thoughts and questions are energy and that by asking the question it empowers the energy to change in any situation, then we can begin to see that it is always a question that has the possibility to open another door for us in our reality called life. If we can keep asking questions, we open the door to how all of life can come to us with ease, joy and glory!. One of the key questions Access Consciousness encourages people to ask is:
How does it get any better than this?
If you are experiencing something bad - ask how does it get any better than this? and more possibilities will open for you. If you are experiencing something good - ask How does it get any better than this? and sure enough - something better will show up.
If you state something like - It can't get any better - well then you've stopped the flow of energy and decided that it can't, won't and will not get any better for you. You have judged and determined it to be so and therefore it will be. Ask How can it get any better than this and that opens a door to infinite possibilities.
Complaining and dwelling on how bad your experience is or was, merely means you now own the energy of that experience and more of the same energy will flow to you. Asking questions such as:
What else is possible?
How does it get any better than this?
How did I get so lucky?
What if I had no point of view about this experience?
What else is possible?
What question could I be asking here?

actually empower the situation, change the flow, and when you allow it - changes the energy so you can receive something better into your experience.
Access Consciousness is about being fully present - in the now - in all areas of your life. Consciousness includes everything without judgement. It is the willingness and capacity to be totally aware, totally present and to continually awaken to more possibility, more choice and more life. Access is a tool to help you acknowledge you as the infinite being you truly are and to step into generating a life beyond the you, you think you are. As an infinite being, all things are possible all the time and you have total choice.
